Mark says his friends would describe him as a ‘lovely person that always looks gorgeous. I’m a good loyal friend until people cross me – then it’s another story’.
He is very focussed on his image, getting his hair professionally done four times a week and a spray tan once a week. He also has ‘HD’ eyebrows, which he describes as ‘proper massive and razor sharp’. He even claims to be ‘a bit psychic’, using tarot cards to decide what to wear.
Mark doesn’t like that he has a short temper and never backs down from an argument: ‘I often fly off the handle over the smallest things like if the wind blows my hair out of place’. However, he reckons his lack of a ‘filter’ is part of his ‘charm’: ‘I just say what I want when I want and never think before I speak.’
He finds it difficult dating: ‘my problem is that I’m beyond picky, no one is ever good enough for me’.
Mark believes he’ll be a ‘fabulous, fun housemate’ who will always make people laugh. He knows how to keep a ‘high energy’ and can’t wait to give people makeovers – ‘there’s going to be a Scouse brow day once a week where I’ll give all my fellow housemates a Scouse brow’. He claims he gets on with everyone apart from ‘dickheads’ and judgemental people.
He’s ridiculously competitive and hates to lose: ‘If I don’t win, I just sulk’. He’d hate any mental tasks and says ‘I’d be an epic fail if I had do an IQ test or any general knowledge quizzes’.

He was on a show called ‘shipwrecked’ , don’t know if you recall it! , but anyway he was booted of early for being a bit of a prima-doña, not pulling his weight, and……well an all round Pratt !!!..

He’s just not my cup of tea,
I love Mark and have done from day one he makes me laugh every night /time I see him. I love that accent he has from Liverpool! “Erm” I loved the time he was doing the task making the omelettes and he was say about the mixture of egg etc. “it’s all in me beard” that accent again! I also particularly loved the bit where he couldn’t find Christopher and he was going round saying “I can’t find Christopher and “Have you seen Christopher? etc. The last place he went to look was the door leading to the diary room, he stood with his body pined up against the door and his arms and legs like he was about to do star jumps, and he shouted:” Christopher replied “I’m in the diary room” and Mark said “well can you come out now”? I cracked up at that. Also when he had a massive rant at him and then made him a cake to oppologise (can’t spell that) sweet!
However I don’t like to hear him using the ‘F’ word all the time, yes they ALL do it but I never in my wildest dreams thought He would use that word or swear at all. Then the thing I don’t like the most is that he was with Matthew (was it?) and I thought they would be an item out of the house but then Matthew was evicted. What happened then? He went after Christopher but when Matthew came on the Video with other evicted housemates Mark said “I miss you so much ” etc. I want to know which onw will he go with after BB has ended? I feel sorry for both of them as one will loose out and get hurt!

Mark is gay, Christopher is gay but Mathew is not, he is straight, his girlfriend has been on several times to show her support.
I think its really sweet that you would like to Mark have a future relationship with someone from the house, but it certainly wont be Mathew ( I think Mark looked up to Mathew, he kind of adored his intelligence) – and if im honest I don’t think it will be with Christopher either.
Mark is amusing I admit but there is a darker side to him, I don’t like the way he manipulates Christopher. I cant see Mark in the final – but that just my opinion

I don’t really have a favourite as such, but I’d be happy to see Ashleigh, Christopher win it, or even Chris who I think is getting a bit of a raw deal with the creepy thing, I don’t trust pav! Thing is we only see a tiny part of what’s going on, Chris can see a LOT more than us, chances are he’s clocked Pav dogging Ashleigh dressing/undressing etc, a blokes natural instinct will just KNOW if another bloke is perving on someone, and by Pav,s own admission before he went in saying he’s infatuated with Ashleigh, so with that logic I tend to believe Chris over Pav, but hey that’s just my opinion !
Winston may have a chance!. He’s a bit of a meathead but a harmless sole, always up for a laugh!

I don’t think there’s anything left to say about Helen that haven’t already been said. I just want to see her past history exposed to the other HMs , then sit back and watch the fireworks, it would certainly make great TV, haha how cruel am I …..

Not at all and I agree. I posted on both Chris’ and Ashleighs’ pages that I think he is getting so much unnecessary flak over this whole thing, Just a normal man so what if he fancies her (IM sure Winston and Ash have had the odd carnal thought) But Chris is getting all the stigma completely unfair. I made the point about the similar age gap between Charles and Diana, and Charles was never referred to as a perv. Ridiculous !
As Helen I WOULD LOVE THAT TO HAPPEN##But I think its just a pipe dream, she would have secured all that before she came in the house. And no I don’t think you’re cruel at all, just human like the rest of us :up:
You can guarantee, 100% that Chris and Pav will be the two housemates nominated for eviction this week.
They’re both easy touches and everyone in there knows, with it being face-to-face noms, that neither of them will kick off if they are voted up.
Nobody is going to mess with anyone close to Helen. In fact I’d be surprised if Mark, Winston or Ash receive a SINGLE vote.

I think you are probably right John, I just hope someone does nominate Mark.
But to be honest I’m undecided whether to waste my money on voting. It seems to make no difference. I think we know that Helen is one of two finalists – so I’m not that bothered who the other is.

Hello Jane, I too heard the comment from Emma regarding Mark and 3 times contestant on t.v. However she was not as forthcoming with Winston and I do feel “snippets” are thrown out by the presenters against certain contestants and withheld for others. I like fair play and unfortunately I feel this series is about anything else but fair play by the Presenters. I feel Mark has the right to be in the final for entertainment value given – whether you love or loathe him.
Don’t let mark fool any of you.
Mark stating he is going to be evicted every week, even when he isn’t up for eviction is all just a front.
deep down he still thinks he is the winner.
I absolutely LOVE MARK! He’s really bubbly and exciting, and I think he is very TV-worthy, and has finally found something that he can shine on!

Its obvious its the girls (Ashleigh, Helen) that are gonna win I know helen is hated…. and she is loved as well but still one of them my favourite is not ashleigh not Helen its Christopher but I know he not gonna win … anway pavs gotta go…
