Mark says his friends would describe him as a ‘lovely person that always looks gorgeous. I’m a good loyal friend until people cross me – then it’s another story’.
He is very focussed on his image, getting his hair professionally done four times a week and a spray tan once a week. He also has ‘HD’ eyebrows, which he describes as ‘proper massive and razor sharp’. He even claims to be ‘a bit psychic’, using tarot cards to decide what to wear.
Mark doesn’t like that he has a short temper and never backs down from an argument: ‘I often fly off the handle over the smallest things like if the wind blows my hair out of place’. However, he reckons his lack of a ‘filter’ is part of his ‘charm’: ‘I just say what I want when I want and never think before I speak.’
He finds it difficult dating: ‘my problem is that I’m beyond picky, no one is ever good enough for me’.
Mark believes he’ll be a ‘fabulous, fun housemate’ who will always make people laugh. He knows how to keep a ‘high energy’ and can’t wait to give people makeovers – ‘there’s going to be a Scouse brow day once a week where I’ll give all my fellow housemates a Scouse brow’. He claims he gets on with everyone apart from ‘dickheads’ and judgemental people.
He’s ridiculously competitive and hates to lose: ‘If I don’t win, I just sulk’. He’d hate any mental tasks and says ‘I’d be an epic fail if I had do an IQ test or any general knowledge quizzes’.
Since the viewers revelations it’s interesting to see how much Mark has gone much quieter with his OTT tantrums and screaming, I think we are now seeing much more of the true Mark and not the performing Mark he thought would win him the show and I for one prefer this version but I’m afraid it’s too little too late.

Sammy you are so so right. What a pity Mark did not feel worthy as a Contestant without all the hysterics. I feel he has more depth of character than he has shown us, pity.
mark i adore him ….. His eyebrows need to be a shade lighter (theyre too dark artificial looking) but i adore mark, love his hair straight or curly, adore his tantrums make me laugh love him saying ‘what the f**k’
i want mark to win as he is the best 😉
Although I am not really bothered, Mark can annoy me – So think I would prefer him and Pav to go.
Again, I don’t mind Pav but don’t think he has added much, if anything to the show.
In fairness Pav wasn’t given chance to.
If mark go’s the house will become boring 🙁 .He’s changed only because of all the stress of his n Christopher relationship.I don’t blame mark for quiting down I dont think he has been putting up.a act it’s not possible to keep a act up for this long he’s upset about what his family may be thinking of him .Feel quite sorry for Mark .love u mark babe’s all the way .Out of the remaining hm I can’t stick Chris.# hate hate hate

Mark doesn’t usually bother me too much, I work with children and regard his antics in a similar way so they brush over me. However, his specific targeting of Christopher tonight was just horrible. Encouraged by Helen and Ash, he got personal. I do understand why he felt betrayed by Christopher (because of his child like views) but he completely and deliberately hurt Christopher’s feelings – imo showing his disloyal and untrustworthy side! :down:

Mark has shown that Christopher was right in thinking that Mark doesn’t show any loyalty the way he turned on Christopher last night was very telling,in my opinion he’s worse than Helen and I’m no fan of hers,at least Helen stays true to what she feels is right and is loyal even if I don’t share her opinions or the way she puts her views across her best attribute is her loyalty and I feel Mark has a nasty side that he’s been keeping well hidden uptil now

Dear fellow big brother fans,
Mark has to be one of the most hilarious character’s on this show. Yes I will admit he has changed a little since the start of the show but everyone has there days. It is just somepeople tend not to show these Tantrums etc. I know how to tell when people are fake (trust me I do) and one of the fakist on the show has to be Ashleigh. I despise Ashleigh and now odds are saying she will win, I couldn’t be more unhappy. The cameras don’t need to show anymore of the horrible person she is, I have seen enough. I also think certain people can bring up things in people and in this case I thing Christopher has been a horrible influence on mark, he brings the worst out in him, this again shows marks bad side but everyone has a bad side so don’t you dare pick on mark for that, you can only do this when you yourself are perfect, only when you can prove you have never done bad or said something you shouldn’t of said. While I am saying this I actually agree with most of what mark is saying. Ashleigh , Christopher and mark to get the boot and mark or Winston to win. Take of your glasses guys and see the fakes ( Ashleigh) for who they really are :up: :heart:

Oh my word! I have just seen footage of the 3 that said yes to the 15000. Mark is the only one who wanted to keep the money. He said he would keep 5 grand of it and share the rest, what the hell? He won 5 grand in the first week and given the chance would keep every penny of that 15000. Why has no one mentioned this? Now we are on the point of honesty big brother why not broadcast these housemates saying yes and their reasons. He won 5 grand he ran the money they all runt down to zero and then tried to take 15k? Open your eyes to this sly snake people.

I am so so glad we got to see who Mark really has been on this show. Absolutely shameful behaviour. One of the most manipulative, nasty people I’ve seen on here besides Helen. Absolute bully. I’m not sure if he’s jealous of Christopher, I’m not sure if the intelligence of Christopher intimidates the other housemates besides Ashleigh and chris but what I am sure about is that he has showed a stark contrast between his character and Christopher’s. And he has been left wanting. Hope Mark learns from his greedy, 2 faced, disloyal, disgusting performance on this show. Hope the door doesn’t hit him on the way out.And the reason you didn’t win Mark was not because of Christopher it was because through a camera you have showed yourself to be someone no one in their right mind could feel justified in voting to win big brother.
